Relaxing adults’ area + complimentary tea & coffee for adults. We can also organise the adult’s food for you (or bring your own)
A peaceful rural setting with plenty of parking
A “Wishing Stone Ceremony” - each child is given a magical wishing stone & wishing dust in a special little organza bag + a balloon and a lollipop.
All you need to bring is:
1. The kids!
2. Christmas presents with each child’s name clearly written
3. Camera or a film for our camera
4. You’re most welcome to bring kids' & adults' food/nibbles or we can organise this for you!
Costs
Price per child: $30 per child (min 10 & max 15 children). Under 1yr olds or children not participating in party are free. Adults are free.
Jolly Santa visit: Additional $70 for our jolly Santa to visit for 20 minutes and hand out presents - parents to provide named gifts for Santa sack.
Kids’ food costs: Additional $8 per child for us to supply the kids’ Christmas Tea Party Feast - set menu is below. Alternatively you can bring your own kids’ food.
We can take digital photos during the party & provide these on CD. Let us know if you’d like this option (extra cost $15).
We can provide the invites for free! Let us know & we’ll email them to you (electronic versions only).

Our kids menu is as dairy free as possible!
We do not use any direct egg products!
We do not use any direct nut products!
We are able to accomodate some food allergies, vegetarian or specific food requirements where possible. Children with severe food allergies are encouraged to bring their own food.

Payment methods:
A minimum $50 deposit is required when you book (this may be paid by cheque, crdit card online or internet banking). The balance is paid at the end of the party. Payment is by Eftpos, internet banking or cash - unless prior arrangements have been made. All prices include GST.
Adult guests:
Maximum 15 adults.
Complimentary tea & coffee is provided.
Let us know if you’d like us to organise the adult’s food (this will be delivered to Ivy Cottage at the beginning of your party). This is subject to availability. Contact us for further info & pricing. Otherwise you may bring your own adult’s food (serviettes, plastic plates & cutlery are supplied by us).
